You must also know that it takes certain levels of skilled workers in order to contest with major competition. Recommendations for solving the problem of the company can be to try to reduce costs by using other materials at a lower cost or developing a high-velocity production process.Due the fact that the most competitive advantage of the company is the uniqueness and high quality of the product, the company should preserve its quality instead of using cheaper materials or faster production time that may violate the value of its products. First, the compan y should hire more staffs and train them to produce the products in order to append production of lower priced products. Meanwhile, it should find more distributors to raise awareness of the company with larger markets.
